1. Due licenze
Il progetto tiene separate due cose che hanno bisogno di regole diverse: il codice che fa funzionare la pagina e i contenuti che si vedono e si leggono.

2. Il codice: Apache 2.0
Puoi usare, studiare, modificare e ridistribuire il codice, anche in progetti commerciali, a condizione di mantenere le note di copyright e di licenza e di indicare le modifiche significative. Puoi
- copiare e ridistribuire i contenuti in qualsiasi formato
- modificarli, remixarli, costruirci sopra
- usarli per scopi personali, didattici, di studio e divulgativi
Non puoi

Chi modifica i contenuti deve distribuire il risultato con la stessa licenza (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) o una compatibile, e deve segnalare che sono state fatte delle modifiche.
4. Come attribuire
Una citazione adeguata include il titolo dell'opera, l'autore, un collegamento all'originale, la licenza e, se hai modificato qualcosa, una nota sulle modifiche. Per esempio:
«Home Page di Lirux» di Alberto Lirussi (https://alirux.github.io/), sotto licenza CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/). Modifiche: colori e testo adattati.
5. Marchi, nomi e materiali di terzi
Il nome «Alberto Lirussi», il nome del sito e i loghi personali non rientrano nella licenza sui contenuti e restano riservati: la licenza ti permette di riusare il materiale, non di far sembrare che una tua versione modificata sia approvata dall'autore o ne provenga.
Alcuni elementi non sono opera dell'autore e seguono le rispettive licenze: i caratteri di sistema, i marchi e le icone di servizi terzi (GitHub, LinkedIn, Bluesky) e ogni libreria eventualmente inclusa, indicata nei file sorgente.
6. Rappresentazione artistica
La scena è un'interpretazione artistica di un paesaggio di montagna e del cielo, non uno strumento di misura. Le proporzioni dei rilievi, i colori, la vegetazione e l'atmosfera sono scelte estetiche.
I calcoli astronomici di Sole, Luna, stelle, pianeti e passaggi della Stazione Spaziale Internazionale sono ottenuti con modelli semplificati e possono discostarsi dalla realtà per posizione, orario e visibilità. Non vanno usati per navigazione, osservazione strumentale, pianificazione di riprese o qualsiasi scopo in cui serva precisione. Per dati accurati rivolgiti a fonti dedicate (effemeridi ufficiali, software astronomico specializzato).
7. Nessuna garanzia
Il codice e i contenuti sono offerti «così come sono», senza alcuna garanzia. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge l'autore non risponde di eventuali danni o conseguenze derivanti dal loro uso, né dell'accuratezza di quanto rappresentato. Restano fermi i diritti inderogabili riconosciuti al consumatore dalla legge applicabile.
8. Altri usi

Anyone who adapts the content must release the result under the same licence (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) or a compatible one, and must indicate that changes were made.
4. How to attribute
Proper credit includes the title of the work, the author, a link to the original, the licence and, if you changed anything, a note about the changes. For example:

5. Trade marks, names and third-party material
The name "Alberto Lirussi", the name of the site and the personal logos are not covered by the content licence and remain reserved: the licence lets you reuse the material, not suggest that a modified version of yours is endorsed by or comes from the author.
Some elements are not the author's work and follow their own licences: the system typefaces, the trade marks and icons of third-party services (GitHub, LinkedIn, Bluesky) and any bundled library, noted in the source files.
6. Artistic representation
The scene is an artistic interpretation of a mountain landscape and sky, not a measuring instrument. The proportions of the ridges, the colours, the vegetation and the atmosphere are aesthetic choices.
The astronomical calculations for the sun, moon, stars, planets and International Space Station passes use simplified models and may differ from reality in position, timing and visibility. Do not rely on them for navigation, instrument observation, shoot planning or any purpose where precision matters. For accurate data, use dedicated sources (official ephemerides, specialised astronomy software).
7. No warranty
The code and the content are provided "as is", without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damage or consequence arising from their use, nor for the accuracy of what is represented. Mandatory consumer rights granted by applicable law are unaffected.
8. Other uses

9. Changes
Any update to this page will be published here, with the revision date at the top refreshed accordingly. A change of terms is not retroactive for copies already distributed: once granted, the Creative Commons and Apache licences cannot be revoked.
